  • Role Overview

    As a sales executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients for products and services that we provide.

    Core Functions

    ·         Identify and pursue sales leads and business opportunities.

    ·         Throughout entire process, form relationships and enthusiastically and warmly communicate with customers and other team members.

    ·         Continually enhance the sales experience by collaborating with the service department to create a positive experience for your client.

    ·         Complete each sale with attention and ownership of detail, communication, and information for the customer and administrative team.

    ·         Execute processing and uploading of documents immediately after closing to ensure timely funding of equipment purchase.

    Preferred Qualifications

    ·         1-2 years of professional work experience, ideally in a sales or customer facing role.

    ·         Competitive spirit and are not afraid to ask tough questions.

    ·         Communicate with ease, both written and verbal.

    ·         Possess confidence and mental toughness.

    ·         Go-getter, full of energy, and curiosity.

    Work Environment and Physical Requirements

    ·         Office environment

    ·         Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.

    ·         Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.

    ·         Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.

    ·         Ability to lift 20 -75 pounds.

    Hours and Schedule

    ·         Average 40 hours per week (M-F).

    ·         Travel required for sales meetings, trainings, customer site visits.

    Supporting our customer service efforts with excellence, while maintaining a growth mindset. Responsible for the daily onsite support of our customers through office equipment setups and service repairs as a certified technician.

    Core Functions

    Perform set-ups, installations, general maintenance and technical service repairs on multi-function copiers, printers and scanners.

    Work Environment and Physical Requirements

    ·         Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium and high pitch.

    ·         Requires physical ability for lifting, standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.

    ·         Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.

    ·         To be considered for this position, you must be at least 18 years old in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws

    ·         Ability to navigate hazardous conditions such as frequent moving vehicles, loading equipment, and various equipment materials.

    ·         Ability to lift 20 – 100 pounds.

    ·         40 hours per week (8:00am-5:00pm, M-F).

    ·         Minimal travel required for trainings, company events and out of town service calls.
